At UK Distressed Property we are passionate about finding bargain property! Tired of the frustrating and the time consuming task of analysing property listings and separating ‘the wheat from the chaff’, we began looking for another way.
We created a unique search algorithm to automatically trawl the various property portals and uncover the latest distressed and repossessed property advertised for sale throughout the UK. The results of this search became our shortlist of properties worthy of follow up either by closer inspection of the listing or contact with agent. The UK Distressed Property List was born out of this process and we proudly share it with subscribers on a daily basis.
